Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by India Moving Service. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Scope
India Moving Service offers packing, moving, loading, unloading, transportation, and relocation services for residential, commercial, and vehicle shifting across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and Mira Bhayandar.
2. Booking & Payment
- Bookings must be confirmed in advance through phone, website, or email.
- A service quote will be provided based on your moving requirements.
- Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
- Full payment must be made upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled move.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of the move may result in partial or full forfeiture of the advance payment.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Liability
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
- While we take utmost care, India Moving Service shall not be responsible for damage caused due to poor packing by the customer or pre-existing damage.
5. Insurance
- Insurance is optional and can be arranged at the customer’s request at an additional cost.
- In case of damage during transit, claims will be settled as per the terms of the insurance provider.
6. Prohibited Items
Customers must not include items such as flammable goods, perishable foods, illegal substances, or hazardous materials in the shipment.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate information is provided at the time of booking.
- Be available or assign someone responsible during the move.
- Ensure all valuables and personal documents are removed prior to packing.
8. Changes to Terms
India Moving Service reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
